Sagada coffee, also known as Sagada arabica, is a single-origin coffee varietal grown in Sagada in the Cordillera highlands of the northern Philippines.
Sagada coffee is 100% Arabica, a variety that thrives in the cool mountain air of the cordilleras. It is the most sought variety of coffee and responds extremely well to a variety of roasts. The bean yields a brew of medium body with a great depth of flavor.
Taste Notes: Juicy, Sweet, Citrus Fruity, Nutty.
Aroma: Nutty, Citrusy
Storing Tips:
Store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature. Avoid clear canisters which will allow light to compromise the taste of your coffee.
