Will I automatically be eligible to export once I sign up as a seller?

Before becoming one of our global vendors, our team will get in touch with you to discuss the certain export requirements for your products. If in the case that your product is yet to complete the necessary documents, we have a dedicated team who can help you through the process!

How long will it take before I can join your marketplace?

Our current processing time is 3-5 working days but expect one of our officers to reach out to you  as soon as you register to help you get on board!

GENERAL

When do I receive my order/s?

A. Standard delivery timeline is 3-5 working days for Metro Manila. 

Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao - 5 to 7 working days

International - 7 to 14 working days

*Please be reminded that products will be shipped from different regions of the Philippines and it may take longer than the standard time.

B. ETA for the delivery of some of the items ordered will vary per store. The products that are marked “pre-order” usually take more time to be ready and vary depending on our Brand Partner. Ex: Inabel woven fabrics usually take 4-6 weeks for production. Days can also add up depending on how intricate the design is. 

If this is the case, you will be notified by our customer service representative as to when your order is ready to be shipped.

Can I make changes to my order once I have already placed it?

A. You can message the vendor directly if you have any questions. 

B. Customer’s shipping information such as Name, address, number and email address can be changed within 48 hours.

C. Unfortunately, any order modification or changes related to your order cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. For further assistance, you may email support@atinph.com

Damaged, wrong order and incomplete order received.

Photos and video of the products received is required for us to process the return and exchange of the items.

Exchange / Return process.

Please allow us 5-7 working days to process the return of the items. Replacement for damaged items and wrong orders may take longer than usual. You may also refer to the information below:

Metro Manila 5-7 working days.

Luzon 7-9 working days.

Visayas and Mindanao 10-14 working days.

SHIPPING

Do you have a physical store? Can I pick up my orders?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store yet. All orders are shipped by our partner courier.

Same day delivery

Same day delivery is only applicable for vendors and customers located around Metro Manila. However, it will still depend on the product availability and weather conditions.

How is shipping calculated?

Since our store includes various brand and artisans, shipping is calculated based on total order weight, quantity, and the location of vendor

PAYMENT

What are your payment options? Do you accept COD?

Unfortunately, we do not accept COD as of the now. We accept payment through Gcash and Bank Transfer.

For international orders?? (WIRE TRANSFER?)

Order cancellation and refund.

You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours after you receive the order confirmation. You may email support@atinph.com for assistance.

For refund, please see the following payment methods for processing:

GCASH - 5 to 7 days.

Bank Transfer / Card Payments - 7 to 14 working days.
